Service terms of use

These Service Terms (the “Terms”) set the rules for accessing and using the Website Canadian Financial Access Program and the AI trading platform, collectively referred to as the “Service”, supplied by Canadian Financial Access Program Inc. (“Canadian Financial Access Program”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use or access the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
The Service is limited to people aged 18 or older. By accessing it, you state that you satisfy this age condition and have legal capacity to agree to these Terms. You may not use the Service where applicable law forbids it.
2. Account creation
Complete access requires account information that is accurate, complete and current. Protect your sign-in details and remain responsible for activity carried out through your account. Contact us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We can limit or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, provide misleading information or involve fraud or misuse.
3. Service coverage and limitations
Canadian Financial Access Program offers AI-assisted research across multiple asset classes, market alerts and, where available, automated order submission through connected brokerage accounts. The Service is intended solely for information and analysis.
- Canadian Financial Access Program does not hold, protect or administer your money. Funds remain in the brokerage or exchange account under your control.
- We connect with your broker through API keys set to permit reading and order placement only. These permissions cannot be used to withdraw funds.
- Historical performance from a strategy or signal does not predict future performance.
- Trading can produce losses, including the loss of some or all of your original capital.
4. No investment guidance
Platform information Canadian Financial Access Program is not financial, investment, trading or other professional advice. AI-created research and signals are provided only as decision-support information. Speak with a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions. Canadian Financial Access Program is not registered as an investment adviser, dealer or financial planner.
5. Fees and payments
Certain Service functions require a paid subscription. Pricing appears on the pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice. Fees exclude applicable taxes, which remain your responsibility. Subscriptions are charged in advance monthly or annually. At our discretion, a new subscriber may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of the first payment.
6. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Service unlawfully or contrary to applicable legislation.
- Try to decompile, disassemble or obtain the platform’s source code.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or collect information from the Service.
- Resell, sublicense or commercially use any portion of the Service without written approval in advance.
- Harm, interrupt or diminish the availability, security or performance of the Service or related systems.
- Take part in market manipulation, front-running or other conduct that breaches financial rules.
7. Intellectual property
All materials forming part of the Service, including wording, software, algorithms, trademarks and confidential expertise, belong exclusively to Canadian Financial Access Program or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or rights to those materials. Written permission is required to use our names, logos or trademarks.
8. Warranty disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS OFFERED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Canadian Financial Access Program WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE, OPERATE WITHOUT ERRORS OR BE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE.
9. Liability limitations
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Canadian Financial Access Program WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE LOSS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, TRADING LOSSES OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, RESULTING FROM OR CONNECTED WITH THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE WERE WARNED THAT SUCH LOSS COULD OCCUR. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Canadian Financial Access Program DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT CREATED THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to reimburse, defend and protect Canadian Financial Access Program and its directors, officers, employees and agents against claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal costs, arising from your Service use, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.
11. Duration and termination
You can close your account through the account settings or by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate access immediately following a breach of these Terms. When access ends, your permission to use the Service ends as well, and account information may be removed in line with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law and dispute handling
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canadian Financial Access Program, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Disputes must initially be handled through binding arbitration in 200 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10166, United States under American Arbitration Association rules. Users located in the EU or UK may also submit complaints to courts available in their local jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Where a material update is expected, we will provide notice by email or within the Platform no less than 14 days before it begins. Continuing to use the Service after that date indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
